Sea Food Chefs

On Saturday and Sunday the 9th and 10th several of the rowing club swapped wooden oars for wooden spoons. In the beautiful backdrop of Cockenzie house a marquee was set up and sea food such as Fish Therm-adore ( Cod and Colie), Muscles and Local Mackeral was cooked. The Mackeral was caught by several of the club who got up and met at the harbour at 6:30am ready to catch fish! The fish was filleted and cooked fresh on the barbeque along with a secret devil style chilli sauce made by John Curtis. A big thanks should be made to Adrian for organizing the event and all the helpers to set up marquees, serve food, take orders, bring the boats along and generally make the event a success.
